Projects seem to be scrutinized more, budgets feel tighter, and there's a general vibe that leadership is looking closely at efficiency. I'm not talking about specific layoff numbers or confirmed cuts, but more of that underlying feeling you get when the company might be tightening its belt. Has anyone else experienced this? Maybe it's just my corner of the company, or maybe it's a broader trend.
