Q4 Numbers & Potential Headcount Adjustments at Juniper?

So, the Q4 numbers are out, and while they weren't a complete disaster, they definitely weren't setting the world on fire either. I've seen some analysis online suggesting a tougher market for networking gear, which obviously impacts Juniper directly. Been hearing some muted talk on Slack channels (you know, the really subtle stuff that's probably nothing but makes you think) about 'strategic realignments' and 'efficiency improvements' coming down the pipe. This usually translates to headcount reductions in my experience, even if they don't use the L-word. Anyone else getting this impression?
