Hey everyone, lurking here for a while and seeing a lot of chatter across the industry. For those at Kellanova, have you noticed anything unusual lately? I'm not talking about rumors, but more about the day-to-day vibe. Are projects being shelved, are there hiring freezes that aren't being officially announced, or is there just a general sense of 'things are tight'? I've definitely noticed a shift. It feels like resources are being scrutinized more closely than before. Some of the less critical initiatives seem to be on hold, and there's a general air of caution around new spending. It's not panic mode, but you can sense a desire to be very deliberate with every decision. Definitely more heads-down focus on core deliverables right now, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it does change the atmosphere.

From my perspective, things seem pretty steady, actually. While I'm aware budgets are always being reviewed, I haven't seen any major red flags or widespread project cancellations. Hiring has definitely slowed down, but that feels more like a strategic adjustment than an outright freeze. Maybe it's team-dependent, or perhaps the 'whispers' haven't reached my corner of the company yet. It's interesting to hear different takes on the general vibe.
