Kellanova - Layoffs on the Horizon? Signs pointing that way...

Hey everyone, seeing a lot of chatter internally and externally that makes me nervous about Kellanova. Projects are being put on hold, some teams are consolidating, and the general vibe is pretty uncertain. Has anyone else picked up on this? I've been here a few years and the usual 'efficiency' talk feels different this time, more... urgent. Definitely feeling the pressure to prove value and keep my head down. Curious if others are in the same boat or have heard anything more concrete. Trying not to panic but it's hard not to when the signals are this strong.

I've definitely felt a similar unease. It's more than just the usual buzzwords this time around. The project freezes and team realignments are a bit too widespread to ignore. It’s making people anxious, and the atmosphere has shifted significantly. I'm also focusing on demonstrating my contributions and staying under the radar, hoping for clarity soon. Glad I'm not the only one noticing these subtle but concerning shifts.
