Kellanova - Performance review cycle and morale impact?

The annual performance review cycle just wrapped up at Kellanova, and the feedback feels...different this year. Usually, it's pretty straightforward, but this time around, there seems to be a lot more emphasis on 'efficiency' and 'synergies,' which, frankly, sounds like corporate speak for something else. My direct manager was a bit cagey when I asked for specifics on development opportunities, just repeating the company line about 'strategic realignment.' It's hard not to feel a bit anxious. People are starting to talk, and the general mood isn't exactly high. Given the recent Q4 numbers weren't stellar, I'm wondering if this review cycle is setting the stage for some significant changes down the line.
