Kellanova - Performance reviews feeling extra critical lately

Just finished up my annual performance review here at Kellanova, and wow, it felt intense. More so than usual. My manager was really drilling down on 'impact' and 'efficiency,' which I get, but the overall tone felt like they were looking for reasons. A few colleagues have mentioned similar experiences. Wondering if this is a company-wide push or just my department. It's making me pretty anxious about job security, especially with the broader economic climate. Anyone else notice their reviews getting tougher recently? Trying to figure out if I should be updating my resume just in case.
