Kellanova - Signs of belt-tightening?

Long-time lurker here, usually on the P&G threads but looking for Kellanova-specific intel. My role hasn't been directly impacted, but I'm seeing some subtle signs that management might be preparing for a leaner period. Travel budgets seem tighter, discretionary spending is being scrutinized more than usual, and there's a general 'wait-and-see' attitude from leadership. It's not a layoff announcement by any means, but it feels like a prelude. We haven't had significant layoffs in a while, and the split from WK Kellogg must have created some redundancies or areas where they're looking to consolidate. Has anyone else noticed this? Are there specific business units or functions that seem to be feeling the pressure more than others? Trying to gauge the overall sentiment and see if my observations align with others within the company. It's always better to be prepared, even if it's just a hunch.

Interesting observations. I've noticed similar things in my department, particularly around travel. It feels like approvals are taking longer, and there's more questioning about necessity. It's easy to dismiss it as standard budgeting, but when you combine it with a few other minor shifts, it does make you wonder. Hopefully, it's just prudent financial management, but it's definitely something to keep an eye on.
