Just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on a certain… tension around the office? Been with KeyCorp for a few years now, and lately, things feel a bit different. Not sure if it's just me or if others are noticing. There's been a lot of talk about restructuring and 'optimizing' processes, which is standard corporate speak, but it feels more intense than usual. Been hearing whispers about potential headcount adjustments, though nothing concrete has been announced. Anyone in different departments or regions seeing or hearing anything similar?
