Hey folks, just checking in to see if anyone at KeyCorp is feeling a bit uneasy heading into the end of the year. Been seeing some chatter on other platforms and hearing little whispers from colleagues, but nothing concrete. Performance reviews are coming up, and sometimes those are a precursor to bigger changes, right? Not trying to spread panic, just genuinely curious if the vibe is similar across departments. Are project pipelines looking a little lean? Any department heads acting cagey? Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, if anything. Trying to stay grounded but can't help but wonder what's brewing.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift in the atmosphere lately. It's subtle, but there's a certain tension in the air that wasn't there a few months ago. Performance reviews do feel a bit more intense this year, and some of the usual end-of-year optimism seems to be missing. Just hoping it's a normal seasonal lull and not something more significant. Curious to hear if others are picking up on the same undercurrents, or if it's just my department feeling the pressure.
