KeyCorp: Unofficial Buzz About Role Reductions?

Okay, so this isn't official, not even close. But I've had a couple of conversations recently, outside of my immediate team, that have me thinking. It's like a low hum of concern. I'm not seeing any official announcements or anything from HR, but there's chatter about potential 'streamlining' or 'efficiency drives' that sound a bit too familiar. Is anyone else picking up on this? Are managers suddenly being cagey about headcount or future plans? I've been pretty secure in my role up until now, but these vague discussions are making me second-guess things. Trying to figure out if it's just general market anxiety bleeding over, or if there's something specific happening at KeyCorp that people are hesitant to talk about openly. Has anyone been asked to document their responsibilities more thoroughly lately, or noticed any odd meeting invites? Anything, really, that seems out of the ordinary.
