Anyone else feel the vibe shift at Keysight lately?

Hey all, been with Keysight for a few years now, and I've noticed things feel a bit...off. It's not just one thing, more like a collection of small signs. Hiring seems to have slowed to a crawl in many departments, and even for roles that are open, the process feels longer and more scrutinized than usual. I've heard some chatter about budget reviews and 'efficiency drives,' which always makes me a bit nervous, even though there's nothing concrete about layoffs. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on this, or if I'm just overthinking things. Are projects getting re-prioritized? Are teams being asked to do more with less? Curious to hear what others are experiencing, especially in different divisions.

I've definitely felt a similar shift. The pace seems to have changed, and there's a general sense of caution that wasn't as prevalent before. It's true, the hiring freeze in some areas is noticeable.
