Keysight - Anyone else noticing less internal mobility/opportunities?

Hi all, Just wanted to see if anyone else in Keysight has observed a slowdown in internal job postings or a general tightening up of internal mobility options lately. I've been keeping an eye out for new roles within the company, but it feels like there are fewer openings than usual, and perhaps a longer process to get internal transfers approved. It's not a layoff situation that I'm aware of, more of a general feeling that the company might be becoming more conservative with its resource allocation. This could be tied to broader economic trends, or maybe specific business unit performance, but it's definitely noticeable from my perspective. Has anyone else encountered this?
