Keysight: Anyone else feeling the pinch? What's going on?

Hey everyone, throwing this out there anonymously. Been at Keysight for a few years now, and lately, there's a weird vibe. We keep hearing about 'realignments' and 'streamlining' but nothing concrete. My team's workload has definitely ramped up, and there's definitely been some quiet departures that weren't officially announced as layoffs. Is anyone else seeing this? Getting a bit nervous about job security, especially with the economic climate. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a bad department. Feels like there's more going on behind the scenes than management is letting on. Wondering if anyone has heard any whispers or has any actual info on what's brewing. My manager is super tight-lipped, which is usually a bad sign. Anyone else experiencing this? What are your thoughts?

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. The 'efficiency drives' and 'synergy initiatives' sound like corporate buzzwords for 'do more with less.' Feels like management is trying to squeeze every drop out of us without transparently addressing what's happening. The silence is louder than any official communication, and frankly, it's creating a lot of anxiety. Hope things stabilize soon.

I can confirm the sentiment. There's definitely an undercurrent of uncertainty. Workload is definitely up, and it feels like key people are leaving without much fanfare, which always raises a red flag for me. It's tough to stay motivated when you're not sure where things are headed or if your role is secure. Trying to stay focused on my tasks but it's hard not to worry.
