Keysight: Anyone else's team getting restructured?

Curious to see if this is an isolated thing or if it's happening elsewhere in Keysight. My team just went through a pretty significant restructure, and it feels like a lot of people are unsure about their roles moving forward. Some positions were eliminated, and others are being absorbed. The official line is about 'optimizing efficiency,' but it's hard not to feel a bit anxious about the broader implications. Has anyone else's department undergone similar changes recently? Wondering if this is a company-wide push or just a local thing. Appreciate any insights.

My department had a similar situation a few months back. The 'optimization' talk is standard, but the uncertainty was palpable. We lost a few key people, and the remaining roles did get reshuffled quite a bit. It took a while for things to settle and for everyone to understand where they stood. Keep your ears to the ground and focus on what you can control.
