Keysight: Morale check - how are things feeling?

Hey everyone. Just wanted to open up a thread to see how people are feeling across Keysight. Been hearing a lot of whispers, and while there's no concrete news, the general vibe feels... tense? Are teams being stretched thin? Are there any departments that feel particularly precarious right now? I know things can ebb and flow, but it feels like more than just a seasonal slowdown. Is anyone seeing changes in management communication or project scope that seem like a precursor to anything? Just looking to gauge the general sentiment out there. Trying not to spiral, but a little collective insight would be helpful.

I've definitely noticed a shift. It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the pressure is on to deliver, even with tighter deadlines. Communication from some upper management layers seems a bit more guarded than usual, which adds to the unease. Project scopes do seem to be a bit fluid, and it's hard to get a clear picture of long-term priorities sometimes. Trying to stay positive and focus on the work, but the underlying tension is palpable.

From my perspective in engineering, it's a mixed bag. Some teams are absolutely swamped, constantly juggling multiple high-priority tasks. Others seem to be coasting a bit more. There's definitely a sense of 'wait and see' attitude across the board, and people are talking. It's not necessarily doom and gloom, but there's a definite buzz about potential changes, whether that's restructures or shifts in strategy. Just hoping for clear direction soon.
