Keysight: Performance review season - how did you fare?

So, performance review season just wrapped up for many of us here at Keysight. Wanted to see how others felt about their ratings and feedback this year. For me, it felt pretty standard, maybe even a bit harsher than usual with the economic climate being what it is. My manager was complimentary on my deliverables but seemed to be pushing for 'exceeding expectations' in areas that felt a bit vague. Is anyone else feeling the pressure to overperform in abstract ways, or were the reviews generally fair? Also, any impact on compensation discussions? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment and understand if the review process is reflecting the company's overall direction. Hoping for some insight from the community.

Yeah, I'm in a similar boat. The feedback was mostly positive on my core responsibilities, but the 'going above and beyond' metrics felt a little fuzzy this year. It's tough to nail down what 'exceeding expectations' really means when it's not tied to concrete project goals. Definitely feeling that push to demonstrate impact in less defined ways.

Interesting to hear others are experiencing this. Mine felt a bit like a check-the-box exercise. Solid ratings on my main tasks, but the 'areas for development' section seemed to focus on skills that are already well within my wheelhouse. Wondering if this is a company-wide approach to manage expectations or if it's just down to individual managers.
