Keysight: Performance reviews and bonus structure changes?

So, our performance review cycle just wrapped up, and it felt… different. Metrics seemed tighter, and the general sentiment around ratings was more conservative than in previous years. Coupled with some whispers about potential changes to our bonus structure next year, it's making me a bit uneasy. Not necessarily layoffs directly, but the vibe feels like cost-cutting is definitely on the table. Has anyone else experienced this during their recent reviews? Did your managers give any hints about future comp or performance expectations that seem out of the ordinary? Curious to hear if this is isolated to certain groups or a company-wide trend. Trying to prep for the year ahead and any heads-up would be appreciated.

Yeah, I felt a similar shift during my review. The goalposts definitely seemed to move, and the usual positive feedback was tempered with a lot more focus on strict adherence to metrics. It's unsettling when the established process feels like it's being reined in. The bonus structure rumors are also persistent here, making it hard not to worry about what's coming next, even if layoffs aren't explicitly discussed. Hoping for some clarity soon.
