Keysight: Sensing a shift in priorities lately?

Hey everyone, I've been with Keysight for a few years now and things have felt... different the last couple of quarters. There's been a lot of talk about 'strategic realignments' and 'focusing resources' which, to me, sounds like corporate speak for something else. My workload has definitely shifted, and some projects that seemed important a year ago are now completely on the back burner. Anyone else experiencing this? It's making it hard to plan long-term and frankly, a bit unsettling. Are we heading towards a big change or is this just standard business cycles? Curious to hear if others are seeing similar patterns across different departments.

I've noticed similar undercurrents. The emphasis seems to have moved more towards certain growth areas, and projects not directly tied to those are getting less attention. It does create a sense of uncertainty, making it tough to gauge where individual contributions fit into the bigger picture long-term. Hopefully, there will be more clarity soon about the direction.

Interesting to hear others feel the same. The buzzwords about realignment are definitely making the rounds. My team's projects have also seen unexpected pivots. While adaptation is part of any industry, the pace and nature of these shifts lately have been a bit disorienting. Trying to stay focused on immediate deliverables while keeping an eye on the horizon.
