Keysight: Thoughts on recent project prioritization?

Curious to get some broader perspectives here. Over the past quarter, it feels like project prioritization at Keysight has become a bit chaotic. We've had initiatives get pushed hard, then suddenly deprioritized or completely shelved with little explanation. It's making it tough to plan and execute effectively, and frankly, it's a bit demoralizing for the teams involved. I'm wondering if this is a company-wide trend or specific to certain divisions. Are others seeing similar shifts? Is this a sign of uncertainty about the market, or perhaps internal strategy adjustments we're not fully privy to?
