Keysight: What's the latest on restructuring/hiring freezes?

Hey everyone, Been seeing a lot of chatter about potential shifts at Keysight, but nothing concrete. Lots of whispers about hiring freezes in certain departments and some vague mentions of 'reorganization.' Has anyone else heard or experienced anything similar? I'm not seeing any official layoff announcements, which is good, but the general atmosphere feels a bit uncertain. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and I'm curious if anyone's manager dropped any hints about future headcount or strategic changes. Trying to gauge the real situation beyond the official comms. Are certain divisions being prioritized over others? Is anyone in leadership sharing anything about the company's direction that might explain these undercurrents? Would appreciate any insights, even if it's just anecdotal. Trying to stay ahead of any potential changes and understand where things might be heading.

I've definitely felt a bit of a slowdown recently, especially on the hiring side for some non-critical roles. My team's manager was pretty tight-lipped during our last all-hands, just emphasizing efficiency and focusing on core projects. No official word on major restructuring, but you can tell resources are being scrutinized more closely. Performance reviews did feel like they were setting the stage for something, but it's all speculation at this point.

My department has seen a noticeable pause in new requisitions, and a few external offers were rescinded recently. It's creating a bit of unease, for sure. We haven't had any direct communications about significant layoffs or a full-blown reorganization, but there's an undercurrent of 'wait and see.' Most leaders are sticking to the script about focusing on strategic priorities, but the lack of transparency is a bit unnerving for many.
