Just noticed another batch of Kinder Morgan roles posted as 'gone' on LinkedIn over the past couple of weeks. Not sure if it's related to the NY WARN notice, but it feels like there's more than just that one group being impacted. Anyone else seeing this? My department has been pretty quiet, but I've heard whispers about internal restructuring. Trying to gauge if this is a wider trend or just a few isolated incidents. Anyone from the affected groups willing to share (anonymously, of course) what the situation was like? Was it performance-based, role consolidation, or something else? Trying to prepare myself mentally if this is a sign of things to come elsewhere in the company.
