Hey everyone, been working at KMI for a few years now and lately there's been a lot of hushed conversations going around. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but a lot of buzz about 'organizational adjustments' and 'efficiency improvements.' My gut feeling is screaming layoff, but I haven't seen any direct evidence yet. Just the general vibe is off. Anyone else picking up on similar signals? Are managers suddenly cagey about future projects or team sizes? I'm trying not to panic but it's hard when the atmosphere feels so uncertain. Feels like the calm before a storm, you know?
