Okay, so maybe this is just me and my team, but lately the expectations feel… intense. It’s like the bar keeps getting raised, but the resources or headcount aren't necessarily following. More work, same or fewer people. I've been here a while and it feels like a shift from 'challenging but manageable' to 'constantly on the verge of burnout.' Is anyone else experiencing this? Are performance metrics being tweaked, or is it just a sheer increase in project scope and deadlines? Wondering if this is leading up to anything, or if it's just the nature of the semiconductor cycle. Definitely not a layoff announcement, but the stress is definitely mounting.
