KLA - Anyone else feeling the pressure lately?

Hey everyone, been at KLA for a few years now and honestly, things feel a bit... tense? Not hearing any official layoff news, but there's a definite shift in the air. Project scopes seem to be tightening, some initiatives have been quietly shelved, and people are just generally more on edge. My team's been working overtime just to keep up with existing deliverables, and there's a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining' which usually precedes something unpleasant. Anyone else picking up on similar vibes across different departments? Wondering if it's just my imagination or if others are seeing it too.

Yeah, I've been feeling it too. It's not just your team. There's a lot of unspoken anxiety circulating, and the constant talk about optimization feels like a thinly veiled precursor to unwelcome changes. It's tough when you can't quite put your finger on what's coming, but the atmosphere is definitely heavier than it used to be. Hoping it's just a temporary phase and not a sign of bigger issues down the line. Keep your resume updated, just in case.
