KLA - Performance review season - any unusual vibes?

With performance review season rolling around again, I wanted to see if anyone else is noticing anything different this year at KLA. Usually, it's pretty standard – self-review, manager review, calibration meetings. But this time around, there's a definite undercurrent of... caution? I've heard from a couple of colleagues that their managers are being unusually vague about ratings and potential outcomes, even more so than usual. Some are saying the calibration meetings felt a bit more intense, with more pressure to justify every single rating. It's making people nervous, especially given the general economic uncertainty we're all aware of. Is anyone else getting this feeling? Are your managers being upfront, or is it all smoke and mirrors? Trying to figure out if this is just my imagination running wild or if there's something genuinely different happening in how performance is being assessed this cycle. Appreciate any insights.
