KLA - Quiet Hiring Freeze?

Hey everyone, been at KLA for a few years now, and lately things have felt...different. My team hasn't had any open headcount for new hires in months, and even internal transfers seem to be stalled. Managers are being really tight-lipped about it, just saying 'resource optimization' or 'strategic alignment.' Has anyone else noticed this? Are we seeing a de facto hiring freeze across the company? Trying to get a pulse on what's happening internally. My projects are still busy, but the lack of new blood and the general vagueness around future roles is making me a little uneasy. Just want to know if I'm overthinking this or if others are feeling the same vibe.
