KLA - September Layoff Incoming? WARN Notice Filed...

Just saw the WARN notice for KLA, dated August 1st, with layoffs effective September 30th. 94 employees impacted. Feels like a lot, even if it's 'just' 94. Anyone else in that group or know more details about which departments are hit? This isn't a great sign, especially after the Q3 earnings weren't exactly setting the world on fire. Feels like management is tightening the belt. Trying to stay positive but it's hard when you see these official notices. Curious to hear what others are hearing internally. Are there any other divisions anticipating cuts? Trying to prep myself mentally and professionally.

Yeah, saw that WARN notice too. 94 is definitely a significant number, even for a company KLA's size. It's concerning to see this so soon after the Q3 report, which was a bit shaky. Hopefully, it's a targeted restructuring and not a sign of deeper issues across the board. It's always tough to see colleagues impacted, and I hope those affected land on their feet quickly. Wondering if this impacts specific product lines or operational areas more than others.
