Hey everyone, been seeing a lot of chatter on here about other semi companies and wanted to bring it back to KLA. Anyone else notice a slowdown in onboarding or new roles opening up recently? Feels like hiring has been pretty tight, especially compared to last year. My manager mentioned some 'strategic re-evaluation' during our last team meeting, which honestly sounds like corporate speak for something else. No official word from HR or anything, but the vibe feels different. Anyone else in different departments getting similar signals or hearing anything through the grapevine? Curious if this is a company-wide thing or just specific teams/segments feeling the pinch. Trying to get a read on the general mood and if anyone has insights into what might be driving this potential slowdown. Just looking for some honest takes from fellow KLA folks.

Been feeling that too. Seems like every department is being asked to do more with less, and the usual trickle of new openings has definitely slowed to a crawl. That 'strategic re-evaluation' line is definitely raising eyebrows. Makes you wonder if there are budget constraints we aren't privy to, or if they're shifting focus internally. Hoping it's just a temporary phase and not a sign of bigger changes ahead.
