Anyone else feeling the squeeze at KHC?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if I'm alone in this. Been with KHC for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels... off. Budgets seem tighter, projects are getting scrutinized more than usual, and there's definitely a hush-hush atmosphere around anything that sounds like 'restructuring' or 'efficiency drives'. No official announcements, of course, but the whispers are getting louder. Managers are being cagey, and there's a general sense of unease. Seeing a lot of people polishing up their LinkedIn profiles, myself included. Anyone else in a similar boat or hearing anything concrete (or even just more rumors) about potential shakeups? Trying to stay positive but it's getting hard.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. It's not just you. The pressure has definitely ramped up lately. Seems like every expense is under a microscope, and the constant talk about 'synergies' and 'optimization' is starting to get old. It's hard to stay motivated when you feel like your work is constantly being questioned and that layoffs might be around the corner. Hopefully, it blows over soon, but it's definitely a stressful time to be here.

I've noticed the same things. The increased scrutiny on budgets and the general air of uncertainty are palpable. It's tough when you're trying to deliver results but feel like the rug could be pulled out from under you at any moment. The lack of clear communication from leadership only adds to the anxiety. Everyone's trying to stay positive, but it's hard not to worry when the signs are all there.
