KHC - Anyone else seeing hiring freeze rumors?

Hey everyone. Been with KHC for a few years now, and lately the vibe has been... off. We've had a few key roles open up in my department and they've been sitting vacant for ages. No one's really saying anything officially, but it feels like a pretty strong hiring freeze is in effect. My manager's been super cagey when asked about it, just saying "focus on current priorities." Plus, I've noticed fewer new projects getting greenlit, and a lot of the talk in the break room is about cost-cutting measures. Anyone else in other departments hearing similar whispers or seeing the same signs? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just my corner of the world.

Yeah, I've heard similar whispers. It's definitely creating some anxiety around here. The lack of transparency is the worst part; people are just left to speculate, which never ends well. Makes it hard to plan or feel secure about the future, especially when you see roles staying unfilled for so long. Hopefully, there will be some official communication soon to clear the air, one way or the other. Fingers crossed it's just a temporary slowdown and not something more serious affecting long-term growth plans for KHC.
