Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else at KHC is feeling the vibes lately. Been hearing a lot of chatter about reorgs and efficiency drives, especially in the corporate functions. Marketing and some of the back-office stuff seem to be the primary focus from what I'm picking up. No official word on anything major, but the whispers are getting louder. Project timelines feel tighter, and there's definitely a 'do more with less' mentality creeping in. Anyone else's team seeing shifts or increased scrutiny on budgets? Trying to gauge if this is just my department or a broader company-wide thing. Haven't seen any official layoff announcements, but the atmosphere feels a bit uncertain.
