Seeing a lot of senior management churn recently across different divisions at Kraft Heinz. Coupled with what feels like tighter budgets for almost everything – travel, training, even small project expenses – it's making me nervous. They've been pretty quiet about the big picture, which usually means they're either cooking up something huge or preparing for tough times. I haven't seen any official announcements about layoffs, but the signs are definitely there. Feels like a classic 'restructuring' phase before the axe drops. Anyone else in a similar boat? Trying to figure out if this is just a temporary budget squeeze or something more significant.
