Been there. The constant reshuffling is exhausting, and the promises of 'synergy' always feel hollow. It creates such a toxic environment when people can't count on stability. My old company did the same thing, and it felt like a slow-motion train wreck. Leadership needs to understand the long-term damage these constant 'reorgs' do to employee engagement and productivity. It's not a solution, it's a symptom of deeper issues.
Third reorg in two years? Yikes. That level of churn must be incredibly demoralizing. It's hard to build momentum or feel invested in your work when the ground keeps shifting beneath your feet. Focus on doing your best day-to-day, but also start quietly exploring other options. It's smart to protect yourself when the company seems to be adrift. Hope things settle down for you soon.
