Kraft Heinz - Is anyone else seeing hiring freezes or budget cuts?

Getting a weird vibe at KHC lately. My department's budget got slashed for Q3/Q4, and there's been a pretty clear hiring freeze on all open roles. Not just 'slow hiring,' but like, 'don't even bother posting the job' kind of freeze. My manager brushed it off as 'seasonal budget adjustments,' but this feels different. We also had a few temp contractors let go last week with minimal explanation. I'm in a corporate function, so maybe it's different on the ground floor, but the cost-saving measures feel pretty aggressive. Curious if other divisions are experiencing this. Are there any open reqs you know of that have suddenly disappeared? Or have you been told projects are being shelved indefinitely due to funding issues? Trying to gauge the temperature across the company.
