Hey everyone, been at KHC for a few years now and lately things feel... off. Not hearing any official layoff news, but there's definitely a vibe. My team's had a few projects quietly shelved, and I've noticed fewer people in the office on certain days. My manager's been cagey when I ask about future headcount, just giving me the usual 'focus on current priorities' line. Budget for our department seems tighter too, fewer offsites planned and more scrutiny on travel. Is this just my department or is anyone else in other areas of Kraft Heinz picking up on similar 'quiet cuts' or hiring freezes? Curious if others are feeling this unease or if I'm just overthinking it.

I'm at KHC too, and yeah, I've definitely picked up on the same signals. Project delays and budget tightening sound familiar. It's that unsettling quietness that makes you wonder what's brewing behind the scenes. It's tough when leadership isn't transparent about what's happening, makes it hard to plan or even feel secure. Hopefully, it's just a temporary dip and not a sign of bigger shifts.
