Hey everyone, been with KHC for a few years now and lately, the atmosphere feels...off. Not hearing any concrete layoff news, but there's definitely a different energy. Project scopes are shifting, some teams are consolidating, and leadership seems more tight-lipped than usual. Feels like something is brewing behind the scenes, whether it's a strategic shift or just belt-tightening. Anyone else picking up on this? Curious to hear if others in different departments or regions are seeing similar patterns. Is it just my department or is this a company-wide thing? Trying to gauge the temperature here before making any personal decisions.

I've been hearing similar whispers across a few different teams. It's not just one department feeling the shift. There's a general sense of unease, and people are definitely more guarded with information. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what's happening, but the increased silence from leadership is a big clue that something is being planned. Hopefully, it's for the long-term good of the company, but the uncertainty is palpable.

Interesting to hear others are feeling it too. I haven't personally noticed any major changes in my day-to-day work, but the company culture does seem to be evolving.
