Anyone else feeling the vibes at Kroger? Quiet lately...

Hey everyone, been with Kroger for a few years now, mainly in operations at one of the larger distribution centers. Lately, things have felt... weird. Not outright panic or anything, but there's definitely a different atmosphere. We haven't had any official announcements, no RIFs mentioned in meetings, but the overtime has dried up significantly over the past couple of months. Hiring seems to have slowed to a crawl too, at least on the floor level. Usually, we're constantly bringing in new folks, especially with peak season approaching, but now it's like crickets. Management is being extra tight-lipped too, which is saying something. They're usually pretty cagey, but now it's like they're actively avoiding any questions about staffing or future plans. Is anyone else in a similar boat? Seeing this across different divisions or locations? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just our area being oddly quiet. Worried about job security, even if nothing's confirmed.
