Is anyone else still sitting in limbo? I’ve been hearing whispers since Tuesday that the axe was falling today, August 14th, but my calendar is still wide open. I saw the news circulating on Mshale earlier this morning, and it feels like the same old song and dance—leadership stays quiet while everyone else is biting their nails. I’ve checked my email every ten minutes. It’s infuriating how they handle this. If the cuts are happening today, just rip the band-aid off so we can move on with our lives. I’ve got kids and a mortgage, and the uncertainty is ten times worse than just getting the news. If you’ve been impacted or know someone who has, please drop a line here. Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide purge or if they’re targeting specific departments again. Stay safe out there, everyone. This place is becoming impossible to work for.

Honestly, this silence is the worst part. I’ve been refreshing my inbox since 8:00 AM, and the lack of transparency is incredibly unprofessional. At this point, I don’t even care about the outcome as much as I just want to know if I need to update my resume today or not. It’s draining to sit here and speculate while leadership acts like everything is business as usual. Hang in there, but I definitely get why you're frustrated.

Same boat here. It’s honestly insulting how they keep us in the dark while rumors swirl everywhere. My manager is acting like nothing is wrong, which almost makes it feel more suspicious. If they’re going to cut people, they should have the guts to notify everyone immediately instead of letting us rot in limbo all day. Whatever happens, just know you aren't the only one dealing with this total lack of communication from corporate.
