Been with Kroger for a while, and honestly, the vibe from management in my district has been noticeably tense these past few months. They're constantly talking about 'resource allocation' and 'strategic alignment' in meetings that used to be more straightforward. There's a real emphasis on cutting down on non-essential spending, which I get, but it's creating a bit of an anxious feeling throughout the teams. I've heard whispers about potential restructuring down the line, but nothing official. Just feels like a lot of uncertainty building up, and the usual team spirit seems a bit muted. Anyone else's leadership team acting like they're walking on eggshells? Trying to gauge if this is widespread or just a local issue.
