Is it just me, or does it feel like Kroger is in a perpetual state of 'reorganization'? Seems like every few months there's a new 'strategic initiative' or 'structural realignment'. This latest news about layoffs just adds to the feeling of instability. I'm starting to wonder if these constant changes are actually making things better or just creating more chaos and job insecurity. It feels like management is always chasing the next big idea instead of focusing on the day-to-day operations that actually keep the stores running. Anyone else feel like they're just on a hamster wheel with these endless 'updates' and 'synergies' being pushed down?

I feel this. It's exhausting trying to keep up with the latest buzzwords and team structures. My department has been shuffled around three times this year alone. It's hard to build momentum or get invested in a project when you know it might be reorganized out of existence next quarter. The focus seems to be entirely on corporate-level shifts, and the impact on the actual stores and employees doing the work feels like an afterthought. Hopefully, this latest round brings some actual stability, but I'm not holding my breath.
