This feels different from usual seasonal hiring fluctuations. It's like they've put a soft pause on adding headcount across the board. I know there haven't been any official layoff announcements, and I'm not trying to spread unfounded rumors, but this feels like a significant shift. I'm worried about job security, not just for myself, but for my colleagues too. Has anyone else encountered similar roadblocks with hiring or internal movement recently?
