Kroger Layoffs - Another wave incoming? Feeling the squeeze

Hey everyone, seeing the news about the Mshale article mentioning layoffs. This is the second time in a few months that I've heard rumblings or seen reports. It's really unsettling. My department has been under a lot of pressure lately to 'do more with less,' and it feels like management is constantly looking for ways to cut corners. Has anyone else in the retail side of Kroger been told anything directly, or are you seeing similar signs of impending cuts? The uncertainty is the worst part. Feels like we're all just waiting for the axe to fall. Trying to stay positive but it's getting harder each day. Anyone have any insights into what areas might be most affected this time around? Just trying to prepare myself and my family.
