Lam Research - Anyone else feeling the pressure on compensation?

Just wanted to start a thread about compensation at Lam. With the current economic climate and the semiconductor industry being so cyclical, I'm wondering if anyone else is feeling some pressure or seeing stagnation in terms of salary increases, bonuses, or even stock refreshers? My last performance review felt a bit muted, and while I understand the company's performance impacts payouts, it's hard not to feel a little anxious. Are people getting significant raises this year? Are bonuses looking smaller than expected? How are stock grants looking compared to previous years? I'm not looking for exact numbers, of course, but more of a general sense of where things stand. If you've recently negotiated or received an offer, how does it compare to what you'd expect? Any insight from folks in different roles or levels would be super helpful. Just trying to get a better understanding of the compensation landscape at Lam right now.
