Lam Research - Anyone else seeing hiring slowdown?

Hey folks, been lurking here for a bit and wanted to get a pulse check on hiring. I've noticed fewer open roles at Lam lately compared to a few months ago, and some of my friends who applied haven't heard back, which is unusual. Also, some recruiters who were super active seem to have gone quiet. Is this just me, or are others seeing a similar slowdown in recruitment across different departments? Wondering if this is a sign of things to come, or just a normal seasonal dip. Curious to hear what others are observing, especially those in engineering or R&D.

Yeah, I've been noticing that too. It felt like things were really ramping up earlier in the year, and now it seems to have hit the brakes a bit. I know a couple of people who were in the process and their timelines stretched out significantly, or they just stopped hearing updates altogether. It's definitely a shift from the pace a few quarters back. Not sure if it's a broader industry trend or specific to Lam, but it's a valid observation for sure.
