Lam Research - Bonus structure changes?

Has anyone else heard anything about the bonus structure for this year at Lam? I know it's usually tied to company performance and individual goals, but there's been some talk in my department about potential adjustments. Nothing concrete, just vague hints that it might not be as straightforward as previous years. With all the market uncertainty in semiconductors right now, I'm definitely keeping an eye on anything related to compensation. My last bonus was decent, but I'm hoping for the same or better. Anyone have intel on this? Is it just standard year-end jitters or something more significant happening behind the scenes?
