Severance package details for the April 3rd layoff

For those of us caught up in the April 3rd reduction at the Livermore facility, I wanted to start a thread to compare notes on the packages we received. I know everyone’s tenure and level are different, but it would be helpful to know if there's any consistency in how they are handling the transition. Did anyone actually manage to negotiate any extensions on medical benefits? I’m finding the provided documentation pretty vague regarding the outplacement services and the equity vesting. It’s a gut punch to be shown the door after giving so much to this company, especially during a cycle where they were touting strong earnings not that long ago. If anyone has experience dealing with the HR transition team for this specific wave, I’d love to hear if you’ve had any luck getting straight answers.
