Anyone else at Lamb Weston feeling the uncertainty?

Hey everyone, long time lurker here. Just wanted to see if anyone else is feeling the vibe at Lamb Weston lately. Been hearing whispers and seeing some odd reshuffling, but nothing concrete on official layoffs. Morale feels a bit shaky, and there's definitely a lot of 'what ifs' floating around the virtual water cooler. Is it just me, or is anyone else noticing increased workload on fewer people, or maybe some projects getting quietly shelved? Would love to hear if others are in the same boat or if I'm just overthinking things. Trying to stay optimistic but it's getting harder to ignore the elephant in the room. Anyone got any insights or seen anything official (or even unofficial) that might shed some light on what's going on?

Yeah, I'm definitely picking up on that same unsettled feeling around Lamb Weston. It's more than just a few whispers, it feels like a genuine shift in the air. Lots of people seem to be looking over their shoulders, and the increased workload isn't helping matters. I've noticed the vibe shift too. It's like there's this constant undercurrent of 'what's next?' and it's hard not to get caught up in it. Seeing people stretched thin with more responsibilities while certain initiatives seem to just fade away doesn't inspire much confidence.
