Has anyone seen recent job postings at Lamb Weston slow down?

Curious about hiring trends at Lamb Weston. I've been casually browsing openings for a while, and it feels like the number of new positions being posted has significantly decreased over the past couple of months. Maybe it's seasonal, or maybe it's something else. Anyone in hiring or management who can shed some light? Or have you noticed fewer new faces starting? I'm not necessarily worried about immediate layoffs, but a slowdown in hiring can sometimes be an early indicator of tighter budgets or restructuring. I can confirm that the job board activity for Lamb Weston seems to have cooled off considerably. I track postings pretty regularly, and the number of new roles appearing has definitely dropped. It's hard to say definitively what it means without internal information, but it's a noticeable change from the consistent stream of openings we saw previously. Hopefully, it's just a temporary pause and not indicative of larger organizational adjustments.
