Hey everyone, been with Lamb Weston for a few years now and things feel… different lately. Not necessarily layoffs or anything concrete, but the general vibe has shifted. Internal comms seem a bit more guarded, fewer updates on big projects, and some teams are definitely quieter than usual. Anyone else picking up on this? Wondering if it's just my department or a broader company trend. Trying to gauge the temperature here. Are there whispers about restructuring, budget cuts, or just a general 'wait and see' attitude from leadership? I'm in R&D, and some of the long-term innovation projects seem to be on a slower track than planned. Curious to hear what others are seeing, especially in different divisions. Stay safe out there.

Yeah, I've definitely felt a similar shift. It's like the transparency has decreased significantly over the past year or so. Used to be, we'd get regular updates from leadership, even on things that were still in early stages. Now, it feels like information is tightly controlled, and you only hear about things once they're a done deal, if at all. Makes it harder to feel connected to the bigger picture.

Interesting you bring this up. I've noticed it too, though I wasn't sure how to articulate it. The silence from certain departments on projects that were previously very public is noticeable. It creates a bit of an uneasy feeling, wondering what's really going on behind the scenes. Just hoping it's not a precursor to bigger changes we aren't being prepared for.
