Anyone else seeing whispers about potential LVS cuts?

Hey everyone, long time lurker, first time poster here. Been with Sands for a few years now, mostly in operations at one of the properties. Lately, there's been a lot of hushed conversations around the office, especially in management. Talk of 'restructuring' and 'efficiency' that always seems to precede something less pleasant. No official word, of course, but the vibe feels...off. Has anyone else picked up on anything similar? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just my department/property feeling the pinch. Trying not to jump to conclusions but also want to be prepared if things do go sideways. Curious to hear if anyone has heard anything concrete or has similar feelings.
